Four-tank spray type ultrasonic cleaning machine

Four-tank spray-type ultrasonic cleaning machine. This equipment is equipped with an ultrasonic cleaning tank, ultrasonic rinsing tank, bubble rinsing tank, and spray tank. Tank 1 and Tank 2 each have an independent circulation filtration system to filter out debris from cleaning.

Operation Guide

I. Water Filling Process:

1. Connect the pipelines; the inlet pipe is a 6-point pipe, and the drain pipe is a 1.2-inch pipe.

2. Open the water inlet valve of Tank 1’s storage tank and the drain valve of Tank 1’s cleaning tank (this valve must be opened and remain open during the cleaning process). Fill water into Tank 1’s storage tank, and stop filling when the liquid level in Tank 1’s cleaning tank reaches 5 cm below the spray port (a row of fine holes). After filling, add an appropriate proportion of cleaning solution.

3. Open the water inlet valve of Tank 2’s storage tank and the drain valve of Tank 2’s cleaning tank (this valve must be opened and remain open during the cleaning process). Fill water into Tank 2’s storage tank, and stop filling when the liquid level in Tank 2’s rinsing tank reaches 3 cm below the spray port (a row of fine holes).

4. Open the water inlet valve of the bubble tank (this valve is located inside the machine; open the front door of the bubble tank to access it). Fill water into the bubble tank, and stop filling when the liquid level reaches 5 cm below the tank surface.

5. Open the water inlet valve of the spray storage tank (this valve remains open until the cleaning process is completed). Fill water into the spray storage tank; no need to observe the liquid level (equipped with a float switch; the water inlet will automatically close when the liquid level reaches the required position).

II. Preheating Process:

1. Connect the power supply. The input power for this machine is AC380V, three-phase five-wire system. Ensure the machine is properly grounded before use.

2. Turn on the cleaning heating switch; the temperature control relay lights up, indicating the cleaning tank heating function is activated. The upper number on the temperature control relay shows the actual temperature, and the lower number shows the set temperature. The circulation filtration function is also activated; adjust the circulation flow rate using the flow control valve of Tank 1.

(Temperature setting method: Press the SET button, the lower number flashes, use the up and down buttons to set the temperature. After setting the desired temperature, press the SET button again to confirm.)

3. Turn on the rinsing heating switch; the temperature control relay lights up, indicating the rinsing tank heating function is activated. The circulation filtration function is also activated; adjust the circulation flow rate using the flow control valve of Tank 2.

4. Turn on the spray heating switch; the temperature control relay lights up, indicating the spray storage tank heating function is activated.

5. Observe the three temperature control relays; when the desired temperature is reached, the preheating process is complete.

III. Cleaning Process:

1. Place the cleaning basket into the cleaning tank. Turn on the ultrasonic cleaning switch; the ultrasonic cleaning indicator lights up, indicating the ultrasonic function is activated. After ultrasonic cleaning is complete, proceed to the ultrasonic rinsing process.

2. Place the cleaning basket into the rinsing tank. Turn on the ultrasonic rinsing switch; the ultrasonic rinsing indicator lights up, indicating the ultrasonic function is activated. After ultrasonic rinsing is complete, proceed to the bubble rinsing process.

3. Place the cleaning basket into the bubble tank. Turn on the bubble switch; the bubble indicator lights up, indicating the bubble function is activated. After bubble rinsing is complete, proceed to the spray rinsing process.

4. Open the transparent cover of the spray tank, place the cleaning basket into the spray tank, and close the cover.

Turn on the spray switch; the spray indicator lights up, indicating the spray function is activated. The spray will automatically stop after the set time; the spray time can be adjusted as needed. The completion of spraying indicates the end of the entire cleaning process.

5. In case of an emergency during the entire process, press the emergency stop button to halt the entire machine.

6. After the cleaning process is complete, turn off all switches and disconnect the main power supply (the fan on the left side of the electrical cabinet stops running, indicating the main power is off).
